1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users of Mahesh Seva Sangh Matrimony (“we”, “our”, “us”), operated under the guidance of Mahesh Seva Sangh. By making a payment on our Platform, you agree to this policy in full.

2. General Policy
All payments made towards membership plans, profile upgrades, premium services, or any other offerings on the Platform are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Once a payment is successfully processed and your membership or service is activated, no cancellation or refund requests will be entertained.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of suitable matches
• Delay in finding a match
• Non-usage or partial usage of the membership period
• Profile suspension due to violation of Terms or misuse

3. Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of the Mahesh Seva Sangh Core Committee.

Such cases may include:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Transaction charged but service not activated
• Proven technical failure at our end

In these cases, users may write to us at maheshsevasanghpune2@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, providing:

• Registered name and contact details
• Transaction ID and payment receipt
• Clear reason for refund request

The committee will review each case on merit, and its decision will be final and binding.

4. Mode and Timeline of Refund (If Approved)
If a refund is approved by the Core Committee:

• It will be processed to the original payment method only.
• Refunds will be initiated within 10–15 working days after approval.
• Any applicable transaction or gateway fees will be deducted.

5. Service Modifications or Termination
Mahesh Seva Sangh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature without prior notice.
Such changes will not entitle any user to a refund, unless explicitly approved under the exceptions mentioned above.
